These terms and conditions set out the terms and conditions between you, (“the customer”), and SUALVI (“us”, “we”), governing the use of our website and our downloadable digital products and files, whether free or paid, including all the content in them (the “products”). Your use of our website, and purchase, download and use of our products, constitutes your full acceptance of these terms and conditions. Any refunds shall be at our sole and absolute discretion.

You agree that under no circumstances whatsoever shall you initiate any chargebacks via your payment provider. You agree that any payments made by you for any of our products are final and may not be charged back. We reserve the right to alter any of our prices from time to time. Should you consider your situation to be a special circumstance then please get in contact with us and we shall consider your individual request.

Delivery

Digital Product bought through the our merchant of record (Fourthwall) are delivered via download to your personal computer via a direct download link sent to your email address (you (“the user”) shall make sure to put the correct email information). 

Availability

SUALVI provides no guarantee of availability of the Digital Products responsible by the web server or hosting location. To be understood as, if the hosting provider of our website is down, products might not be available for download. Inquiries for any customer inquiries, please contact us through the contact form on the Contact Us page. We take your privacy very seriously.

If you opt in to receive information about related Digital Products by SUALVI, we will occasionally email you about that.
