These titles were build on a 24fps timeline. And while they are dynamic, sometimes things can get buggy of you try to go to a 60fps timeline. 
(If you work on higher fps timelines and you find some bugs, go to the splines or keyframes sections of the title inside fusion, and use the time stretch option.)
